I have a health project where I have to create a chart that includes a weekly meal plan with healthy choices. I need the directed amount of servings for a 12 year old out of each food group each day. Please notify me if there are mistakes. Also, I have to make a second one regarding exercise plans. I am doing it here so I could just give my teacher the URL. Please, no posts on this thread.
