Scinsas

A tiny port city that serves as a rest-stop for travelers and merchants that may be headed to Narzua, or wish to travel across the canal and avoid having to go around it. Scinsas was originally a supply reserve for workers during the Omi Canal project. Unfortunately, it was dropped when they realized they couldnt dig any further; the dinar mountains proved too hard. Scinsas remains a very impopulous town.
